"Meditation is a wonderful practice that teaches us how to seek peace of mind, world peace, and freedom from fear and suffering. I hope that many people can experience it. It is an honor to share this special lunch with Most Ven. Jinwoo, President of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, prominent members of the monastic sangha, and fellow diplomats. We experienced the unique spirit of Korean Buddhism at the beautiful Bongeunsa Temple," said one of the Ambassadors. Another ambassador also said, "I am happy and honored to experience Seon meditation and share temple food. I hope that we can actively work together with Buddhists from all over the world to promote world peace.”
